We all know of the problems leading up to this event, where your calm and level headed approach in manning the conference desk … certainly helped to overcome these difficulties. We were all fully aware of your continuing and tireless efforts throughout the three days of this event, where ... the delegates were unaware of our previous difficulties. You carried out all of your duties in an exemplary manner and took all of the various challenges ... arising at the Conference all in your stride. In particular, we appreciated your attention to detail, where you identified and recorded several issues ... that we may have likely overlooked.
